Our Beliefs

jhg.png

We believe: sustained practice of new and different ways of being in any community, be it professional or personal, local or global, can lead to a better world for everyone.

We believe: This world we want requires each of us to
imagine, create and commit to new ways of being in community together.

We believe:  When we seek to understand an
honest reality of the world, we can imagine a new one for ourselves and for our communities.

We believe:
education, practice, empathy, emotional resilience, accountability and building relationships within a community is how we can begin to get more free.

Who We Are

We, Amy Kleiner (she/her) and Sarah Rosman (she/her) are two educational professionals with decades of experience in leadership, academic research and education. We are also white women. That means that our role inside of equity work is most often dedicated to white accountability, in all of its various shapes and forms.

Our work is built upon the academic, scientific, and heartfelt, lived experiences of all communities, communities who have been our greatest teachers. Our work is continuously evolving in response to the world around us.

We collaborate with, and bring in radical thinkers, writers and leaders to challenge and inspire our clients with every project. This, to us, is core to our practice. Growing, learning and building together within a larger community.

If you would like to work with some amazing colleagues with lived experience within the BIPOC community, we have extraordinary collaborators and many recommendations for you.
